Hello Pack 99 Families

On Friday, May 6th, we will honor our Scouts with the annual bridging ceremony. Bridging is where all Scouts “crossover” to the next rank above. As part of the ceremony, Scouts will receive their current rank badges.

Additional Information:

• Bridging ceremony will be held in the Weddington UMC sanctuary – across the street from our usual Fellowship Hall meeting place. I’m asking all Scouts to arrive by 6:15 so we can be in our seats by the 6:30 start. I will have a few instructions for the boys prior to ceremony start.

• This is a Pack wide event so all Pack 99 Scouts will be participating. We will do our best to streamline while providing the proper honor to our boys achievement. I expect the ceremony will last until around 8:00.

• Please ensure you Scout is decked out in his Class A uniform…or as close as possible. The Pack will supply the new neckerchiefs and slides align with their new rank.

• There will be cake served afterwards.

• Any family members can come – so please invite whomever you wish.
