Please reach out to our corresponding den leader as soon as possible if you would like to be part of an organized meal for Saturday breakfast and lunch, otherwise feel free to bring whatever works best for your individual family.

704-634-2300We will have a limited amount of paper product (plates, forks, cups, napkins, etc.) but we HIGHLY encourage everyone to have a mess kit and water bottle in our efforts to reduce waste and help with our green initiatives.
Bring your AB medical form for all attendees (including adults and siblings). Camp Barnhardt may check it on arrival, but afterwards please give a copy to a leader if we don’t have one from you already. Once we have it on file and you will not have to bring it to future pack outings.
https://drive.google.com/file/d/1aWNh0nhFM_IstMU8I93YkaPr5kXa5Rny/view?usp=sharingBarnhardt has a limited number of their canvas tents still up if you wish to use them. First come, first serve and note these style tents are not bug/rodent proof so recommended you bring your own in case.
Barnhardt only allows one car per campsite so you will need to drop off your supplies at the campsite then walk back from the parking lot.
Cell phone usage is not allowed for scouts but for adults Verizon and AT&T service does work at camp, T-Mobile is sketchy.
Bring along a Halloween costume and candy as there will be trick or treating and fun at camp on Saturday night.
Bring some halloween decorations, pumpkins, etc. so we can decorate our campsite for the haunted campsite contest.
Bring your class A scout uniform for opening and closing flag ceremonies
No bears and under are allowed to poke at the camp fire. AOL and Webelos must have their whittling chip in order to carry a knife. No lone scouts. Always practice the buddy system!
