Veterans Day Concert***opportunity

We have an opportunity for the Cub Scouts Pack 99 and the Boy Scouts Troop 120 to help out at Weddington United Methodist Church’s Veterans Day Concert!

Cub Scouts to be the Greeters/Ushers as people arrive by handing them a program or taking them to a seat. During the program, when we recognize our Veterans in attendance – Scouts will hand-deliver “Thank You Letters” (which were composed by students) during the moment of Veteran Recognition in the program.

Please arrive (in Class-A uniform) at 1:15pm on Friday, November 11th so we can go over any particulars. We’ll gather in the Narthex (the foyer of the sanctuary).

For those who cannot attend the entire 2 hour concert, feel free to dismiss when you need to.
