We will be closing the registration payment link on 3/18@11:59PM. We then will shop for the amount of food we have registered/paid to attend. An RSVP on this post is nice, but registration & payment through the “payments” link is what we need to determine how much food to supply .
Attached in files here, is a small list of camping equipment to consider bringing. If you have horseshoes, please bring them.
Everyone needs to bring a mess kit (cup/bowl/plate/utensils). And we ask that each family bring one of those bundles of firewood, like what you’d get at a Lowes, or Harris Teeter even has them I believe. We have determined our meals menu. Friday upon arrival, please make sure you have eaten dinner. Friday evening we will only offer light snacks and s’mores most likely. Bring any snacks you may want.
End update….
Registration & payment is now available for this event. Located in the “Payments” link in Team App. There is a small cost per person that is designed to give us a clue of how much food we must bring. Please register as early as possible.
$2 per Scout $2.25 per Adult.
