There was an error, this event is 4:30-7:30. Agenda is attached. There is still time to register in the Payments link here in the Team App to get an accurate count of how much food we need to provide.

End update…

Also attached are the cake decorating rules created by the Lions & Tigers. I would encourage every scout to enter a cake into the contest. Cakes will be eaten for dessert.

End update….

Registration & payment is now available for Blue & Gold Banquet/Bridging. Registration & payment is required so we get an accurate count of how much food we will need to provide, cut-off for this event will be approximately 2 weeks before the event. Please register & make payment well ahead of this date.

Please see the “Payments” link in the Team App for this event. There is a small per person cost.

Here is the schedule for the day’s activities. Please keep in mind we have a cake contest with prizes awarded.

4:30 Doors open. Obstacle course and Bear Carnival Games. Cake check-in, cake voting.
5:30 Close Games. Flag ceremony & any Guest Speaker.
5:45 Dinner
6:15 AOL Bridging and awards
6:45 Cake served.
7:15 Council Announcements & any announcements.
7:30 Closing. Clean-up

Please plan to join Pack 99 as we ceremoniously bridge our AOL scouts to the troop. AOL Bridging is a day to recognize our AOL scouts as they bridge into Boy Scouts from Cub Scouts. We are holding our Blue & Gold Banquet in unison with the AOL Bridging. The tradition of Blue & Gold is a celebration of the anniversary of the founding of the BSA on February 8, 1910.
We aim to have our largest assembly of Cub Scouts in their most complete class-A uniform, as well as Boy Scouts from the Troop, to show our support for our bridging-out AOL den. Held at the Family Life Center of WUMC.

Cost per person is designed to give us an accurate count of how much food we must provide.

There will be a cake design contest, as well as games, food, and fellowship to show our support for our AOL den.

Den Duties:
Lions & Tigers determine the cake contest rules
Wolves will coordinate the Family Life Center and setup
Bears will provide the games
Weblos are coordinating the meal
AOL are coordinating their bridging materials & cleanup
Parents: please coordinate with den leader for volunteer opportunities for this event

Agenda will be provided soon…..
