Just heads up, museum rules for Scout Overnighters: NO siblings are allowed on this trip unless there are extenuating circumstances and prior approval by the museum. (unless of course that sibling is a Scout in Pack 99)

Attached in files here is a permission slip/medical form that all must sign and return to leadership so we can return it to the museum 7 days prior to the sleepover. Please plan to bring your completed form to the 2/8/24 meetings and turn into James LeCroy. Each attendee will need a form completed. Also attached is a general “what to bring” document.
We must have a minimum of 15 attendees. One chaperone is required for every five scouts.
Friday 2/16/24 is an early release day for UCPS.

2023-2024 Supertrip is a night at the museum, the VA Museum of Natural History. Below is a brief synopsis of the event, as well as a link to their website which caters to a select few Scout Requirements.
All sleepovers consist of a themed program or badge program, pizza dinner, evening snack, movie in our Hall of Ancient Life, and a continental breakfast, sleepover patch and take place Friday 2/16 6:30 p.m. to 9:00 a.m. 2/17.
