March 15th at Mineral Springs Methodist Church. This event is open to all Cub Scouts in the district, as well as their siblings and parents!

The registration fee is $20 per racer, which includes a patch and t-shirt, plus the opportunity to take home a trophy! There will be trophies for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place finishers in each division, as well as top 3 overall.

Registration is open until February 28th, any registrations past that date will not include a shirt. Attached you will find the rules and regulations for the event and a link to registration is below. Please pass along to the families in your unit.

This is an opportunity for entries from our Pack Pinewood Derby, to attend the NC Central Council District Pinewood Derby. This race is 1 week after our Pack Pinewood Derby. You do NOT have to have placed in our Pack Derby…..ANY scout can enter into this District Derby for fun and a chance to win there.

Pinewood Derby will be held at 11AM – 1PM *weigh-ins begin 11:30*
There will be a $_____(TBD) entry fee for cub scouts racing in the pinewood derby.

Hotdogs, hamburgers and drinks will be serving lunch at a separate cost.

Take your winning derby car as-is, or tweak your derby car and get set to take it to the next level of Pinewood Derby racing among other Pack’s in our district.
